His heart was crushed. He feels he has done everything. He tried to be a good boss. So he filled the needs of its staff. The staff need to improve the quality of theyself. So all of his staff sent to a self-development training. Training was famous and expensive. The staff need refreshing. So he invited all the staff and their families on vacation.
But why their performance not up? Why always happen a lot of mistakes in his office? Why they are not followed his order? Why are many omissions occur even his office was theft? Why did he have to get angry first to make everyone work properly?
A friend complained about these things. Have the same thing happen to you? You feel you've tried maximum to others, but it turned out your hope never met. Disappointment was always in your hearth.
What cause it? I found the answer in a simple story.
A wealthy man preparing tons of bags full of gold to be distributed to the needy. That is the evidence that he was happy to share and do good for others. He thought, he could solved problem to many people with his gold.
So he was around town. The people greet him with joy. Poor people very grateful to him. Many kissed his hand. So he went home with happy hearts. The good intentions greeted extraordinary. Hope many poor people will improved their life. He continued to do it again. Every time he did so, each time he came home with a heart of satisfied and happy.
Until one day, a fact appeared. Hope for his actions make poor people have a better life, was not proven. He finds that poor people remain poor. Gold that he gave it makes them happy and helpful. But only a few days, gold was already exhausted. They returned to the conditions of misery. Until he arrived with the gold again. And that's what happened. Repeatedly. He thought he was doing the best for poor people to changed their life. Apparently he was wrong.
So he change his deeds. Gold is to be shared he used to build a plant. He trained poor people to skilled and can work well in the factory. Their income increases. In fact they are so pleased to learn on their own. The rich man was happy. His good intentions successfully. So he start to build the factories with the same noble purpose.
Dear friends, be good in the eyes of other people really need in accordance with others' viewpoints. Do not get stuck with our own perspective. Do not give gold to people who need a hoe. Do not give hoes the people who need books. Do not give books to people who needed to eat.
So if we want to be good in the eyes of others:
* Be faithful to that does not exist.
Its very easy to offense and talk about other people badness when they are not around. They can not defend themselves. Therefore, anyone who is not loyal to something does not exist, indeed they are weak people who do not have power to do anything. Brother, do not ever talk anyone badness. Your friends will think: "He's talking about other people badness when they are not here. Does he also talks my bad if I was not here? " When you have this, others will not longer trust you.
* Ask: "What can I help?"
Sure other people need help. But they hesitate to ask. So the question is really shows your willingness to help others. And, because you can help, then you're adding your value to the others. Asking questions like this shows your quality. Especially when you really help with the best quality.
* Sensitive to the needs of others.
Start from small things. Take a drink for a friend who was eating. Give help when your friend bring luggage that is too heavy and many. Delivering the message. Giving a lift home. SMS to friends and say hello.
Then increased to something greater. Offering loans to friends who really need it. Spend some time with your friends when they need someone to talk to. Visiting sick friend. Helps friend's wedding preparations. And so on.

If You Want To Success, Try to Focus
Many people who want success but not a lot of people who actually act for success.
Among those who have not dared to act, it because they have difficulty to focus to act. Therefore, let us ponder for a moment, how we direct the focus because it is very useful to achieve success that we dream.
Focus need goal
There is no focus if there is no goal. Therefore, starting today, determine the success of your goals with more specific goals. Do you want to succeed to get your new personal car or you want success to get a new house or office or whatever you can dream of in a clear and real. If your destination is not clear then make it clear. Because the ball can reach the goal if the goal already exists.
Focus takes courage
To achieve focus requires courage. Because of this courage that produce action. So how courage can be generated?
Among the ways to attain courage is when you know the destination. By knowing the goal so by itself the courage will come. Because the goal will boost your motivation to achieve and motivation will result in your courage to work and act immediately.
Focus takes time
Focus takes time. Success didn’t come instantly so did focus. You may lose your family time for a while. You probably will lose your time for playing around. But when you do not use your time to focus on your success then success was never there.
Focus has a temptation
When you try to focus, temptation is certainly there. The temptation is always there along the way. Be careful a lot of people who lost they focus because of temptation. Many from the workers who lost their focus to reach the level of manager due to salaries at other companies, sadly in the new company they had to start their focus from the bottom.
Many businessmen who have not achieved success and then switched to other businesses because the euphoria of success another bussiness that they even not knew. They destroyed their dreams and focus because the euphoria that not even last long . Be careful because most of these temptations will destroy the focus of your success.
When you have focus in your goals now and then you will get the temptation of the Seducer, so ponder for a moment whether we are ready to destroy all the focus and a plan that has us devote just to get a new dream and success is to offer the Seducer.
Focus has a Sacrifice
Success requires sacrifice. And focus as an initial tool for success was also a sacrifice. Not just the time, and concentration of mind that we sacrifice. But also sincerity for a lose the other dreams for a while in our mind that we have planned.
Do not let another dream in mind interrupting focus we have planned. Let it go. So we increasingly focus on the dream that we have planned.
The focus is so simple. All we need is full concentration to our destination. So we pray, work and then pray again for that goal we can achieve. Yes, It's that simple.
Because focus comes from within yourself so all control is in your hearts and minds. When our focus shattered and our dream failed, it is clear that it is not other people who destroy our focus, but it is us who are tempted to destroy our own focus, because the focus that comes from ourselves and not from other people.

Mother loses child to drowning accident
The memory of losing a child can never be forgotten. A mothers joy is giving birth to her child and the expectation is that the child will outlive her. This is not always what happens and in my case, I came from work one day to get the dreaded news that my two-year-old son had drowned in a lake nearby.
It was too late for me to do anything for my son. I felt so helpless. The babysitter had neglected to care appropriately for my son and my regret at the time was hiring her. I felt guilty for putting my son in the care of someone who dropped the ball. Mother loses child to drowning accident sounds like a headline seen in a newspaper that I would read about someone else. This could not be happening to me, I thought. There were no warnings or preparation for such a tragedy. How do you handle it when you have to face such grief?
This took place twenty-one years ago, but it is still very fresh in my mind today. I replayed the incident over and over to see if there was anything I could have done differently to save my son. However, over the years, I have come to a realization that there was nothing I could have done for him at that time, but today I have decided to do something for him and share my story to keep his memory alive and to help another mother who may be facing the death of a child.
Let me reassure you that losing a child to death is a finality that takes the breath out of you. In other words, the grief is so overwhelming, that it literally causes you to feel as if your life has frozen. You will need more support than usual and a way to vent your pain. Your tears are not enough to erase the pain but crying is your firsts defense and I would recommend a lot of crying in the initial stages. It helps you to accept your loss. Denial can be devastating and will eventually lead to depression, so if you can grasp your reality and begin the grieving process, it will speed up your healing over time.
Shock is common for most grieving mothers as it was for me. You wont be able to identify with your loss initially. Your first reaction is shock and then you go through the denial stage, guilt stage and it is during the acceptance stage that your grieving really begins. My healing started when I accepted the certainty of my truth and wanted to talk about it. I told everyone I could about my tragedy and this really helped me to work out my pain by keeping the memory of my son alive. I spoke about the good times I spent with him and tried not to focus only on his death.
I celebrated his short two years and eight months of living with me. People feel more comfortable listening to good memories rather than bad memories. Therefore, I was able to reach more people to tell them that I was on a healing path and asked if they would allow me to continue my healing by lending a listening ear.
I decided that in order to reach more people, I would have to write about the memory of my son and so I wrote a book entitled, Coping with grief. I am giving back some of the proceeds of the book to the Rowan Foundation, a support group for those who are grieving because of the loss of a loved one. Doing all this has brought complete healing for me and I know my son would be proud to know that he is being remembered in such a positive way. I encourage you to keep your loved ones memories alive by making a difference in someone elses life and your healing will occur sooner than you could imagine.

The 80/20 Rule
There is a proven statistic that can be applied to direct our activity towards the results that we desire. The statistical formula looks like this: 80% of our success comes from 20% of our activities. That means that 80% of our efforts contributes to only 20% of our success. When analyzing people who are struggling, it is quickly realized that they tend to focus on those activities that seem to generate the lowest results. Their day is consumed with the attending to those tasks which have little effect on the overall picture.
On the other hand, the successful determine and concentrate on the tasks which will pay the greatest dividends. It is these activities that are scheduled first into their day. Although they are not always the easiest, they are the ones begun immediately. It takes discipline to avoid the tendency to focus upon the less intensive ones. However, the rewards come in the value of each accomplishment.
This formula is statistically true in any situation. In sales, 80% of the profit comes from the top 20% of the customer base. By the same token, 20% of a salesperson's activity is responsible for 80% of their success. This activity is comprised of prospecting, demonstrating the product, questioning a prospect, and getting an agreement. Tasks such as filling out call sheets, sales meetings, and interaction with the corporate office have far less impact on the overall performance. For this reason, sales trainers teach doing the other activities before all else.
Let's use marriage as an example. What do you think has a bigger impact on your spouse; mowing the lawn and taking out the trash or looking deeply into that person's eyes while expressing how much you love him/her? Naturally it depends upon the situation but most often, someone appreciates the loving attention given much more than the handling of tasks. When you really consider it, doesn't most of what one does in a relationship go unnoticed? However, do that one thing that is meaningful to the other person and you are in for a special evening.
To greatly increase the success in our lives, we must begin spending time on those activities that will have a dramatic impact. Time is a factor for everyone. There is not a person in this era who is not taxed for time. People are inundated with responsibility coming at them from all directions. Unfortunately, with so much demand upon us, it is impossible to get everything done. Therefore, the ability to prioritize is vital to having a successful life. Recognizing that certain activities carry a greater value in our overall happiness is the onset of a new life path.
Many people get involved with the low priority activities because they are in the mode of putting off the more important items. Most do not sit around idly doing nothing, The tendency is to procrastinate by doing other tasks. This allows for the justification for not doing that other items. Their response is usually something like, I couldn't get to it since I was busy doing __________ all day. The blank invariably is a low value action. Activities that have a greater impact upon our lives generally require more effort. They also seem to create a bit more fear within us. It is far easier to avoid these tasks altogether while focusing on the simpler ones.
Regardless of what area of life you choose to apply this formula, the fastest way to begin making changes is by focusing upon that which has the most effect. Decide what activities carry the greatest impact upon your situation and do them first. Be conscious of when you fall into the trap of doing busywork. It is fine to do this if time allows. However, act like the most successful by concentrating on what is of the most importance. Everything else seems to take care of itself when these items are handled.

10 Things to Do Before I Die
Although I am now finishing up my seventh decade of a most exciting and fulfilling life, I am planning for the future, as I do every January. I take this exciting trip of the mind, soul, and body (in spite of two malignancies and a pair of knee prostheses) in the spirit of George Bernard Shaw who said: When I die, I want to be all used up.
My list looks like this, complete with some sort of rationale for each, and in parentheses my best guess for the probability of their successful completion: 1) Summit Mt. Aconcagua: I reached 21,600 ft. in 1996 and 21,700 ft. in 2002. Unfortunately, as the highest peak outside of Asia, the peak is at 22,800 ft (6,962 meters). My wife, Elaine, notes that if I get an additional 100 ft. every 6 years, I will summit at the age of 135! (5%)
2) Summit Mt. Cotopaxi: I have never been to Ecuador, which is reason enough to go, but at 19,347 ft. (5,897 meters) the summit might be attainable in spite of my maturity (age) and low testosterone (effects of therapy for prostate cancer). (35%)
3) Swim with the snow monkeys in Japan: This probably illegal, dangerous, and foolish, but every time I see their photos, as a Scorpio (life being focused on water, fire, and sexnot necessarily in that order) I am lured, at least re: the water part.(35%)
4) Take the Trans-Siberian Railway trip: Since I have been to Russia, climbed Mt. Elbrus in the Caucasus Mountains, at 18,510 ft. (5642 meters) the highest mountain in Europe, and have spent a month in China, it is time to link the two. (75%)
5) Write a NY Times #1 Bestseller: I have written five books, including Optimize Your Life! which is an international best-seller (the Chinese publishers edition was on the Book-of-the-Month Club). For motivation, I have pasted the book title and my name over the #1 slot of a copy of the NY Times best-seller list, and I visualize it every day as I brush my teeth. (wow! and priceless!)
6) Keynote fee of $10,000: One of my great mentors, the late Dottie Walters, said that I was a $10,000 keynote. Im working at it, Dottie! (50%)
7) Closer relationship with Elaine: After my near-death and rescue on Mt. Washington in New Hampshire I realized that the Elaine would have been the real victim, if I had died or become permanently disabled. (100%)
8) Enjoy my/our new sexuality: What age fails to do to undermine ones sexuality, anti-hormone therapy, radical surgery, chemotherapy, and external beam radiation will. However, as a result of trips to India and Nepal, we have learned (and mastered to some degree) Tantric sex, etc. Scorpio lives. All we need is the fire, which we have in a fire pit in our Zen garden. (100%)
9) Tune up my body/mind/soul: As I now struggle to complete my book, What Better Place to Die, based on my Mt. Washington misadventure, I am keeping a promise I made while I was on that mountain. (100%)
10) Finish the other five promises I made Mt. Washington: to be insensitive to negative criticism, to get rid of non-productive real estate, to make amends with some key people, and to better network with key people from my past write the book. (100%)
Thats my list. What is on your listand why?
Since childhood, my value system has been basically Judeo-Christian, although I have become quite eclectic over the years. As a Buddhist, should I stop striving? As a Hindu should I graciously enter the fourth phase of life and become a sannyasin, a wandering hermit, seeking only spiritual enlightenment? Psychologist Abraham Maslow in Hierarchy of Needs described the ultimate phase of ones life as self-actualization, that is, going beyond the basics of life and finding ones single calling and heeding it. Single calling how about ten?
In Worth Magazine in 1999, Edward Sussman wrote an article, 24 Things to Do before You Die which focused mostly on interviews with celebrities. Grand Dame, Brooke Astor advised one to be gracious to someone you despise. CNN economics guru Lou Dobbs suggested that you thank someone instrumental in your success, while author George Plimpton advised us all to go on a quest.
You may not be able to run away with the circus at this stage in your life, but you can sneak off for a window of time, time well chosen and spent, time that will expand your horizons, time in which to create powerful memories.
Enjoy the journey! Do it now!

Learn How to Control Your Thoughts
Your mind is the most important thing that you possess. The thoughts of the mind are actually lived out in the person. You are a sum total of all of your thoughts to this date. If you are satisfied with your life; great, but if you want do and be more; you must start with your mind.
You must learn how to use your mind and even control it. The mind is a sponge. It takes in everything that is subjected to it, whether go or bad. Once thoughts get injected into the mind, and if dwelled upon, they become part of you and before you know it you are living a life according to all the thoughts that occupy your mind.
It is extremely important to control your thoughts and only allow what you want into your mind. How can one do that you may ask? The answer is simple. God created you with something by which you can guard and protect your thoughts. The special something you were given is your Will. Your Will is the very organ (if I may call it that) by which you can control your mind. You can CHOOSE what you receive into your mind.
Most people don't exercise their Will in such a way. They allow all the stimuli around them to plant thoughts into their mind, many of which are not healthy. Thoughts of poverty produce poverty. Thoughts of lack produce lack. Thoughts of ill health produce ill health. On the contrary, thoughts of wealth attracts wealth. Thoughts of abundance attracts abundance. Thoughts of vibrant health attracts the same. Do you now see the importance of the way you think?
The only way to guard your thoughts is to use the Will to only allow what you want into your mind. You mind is a gold mine. Why would you let thoughts come into it that rob you of a life of abundance and good health?
Another important "organ" that you have are your feelings (emotions). Feelings are of two kinds: Good or Bad. You either feel good, or you feel bad. These feels are indicators as to what your mind is set on. If you FEEL lack, that is because you are THINKING in terms of lack and that makes you feel bad. If you feel abundance that just means that you have thoughts of abundance and thus have good feelings.
Are you feeling bad? Change the focus (By the use of your Will) of your thoughts! Are you feeling good? Keep (Again, through the exercise of the Will) feeding the thoughts that produce these good feeling(s).
Here are some practical suggestions:
To keep your mind clear of negativity, I would suggest shutting off the news. Do not listen to it. There is nothing that important on the news. The things reported by the news media will only make you mad, sad, depressed, or worry. News comes by seeing and hearing. These two senses are the main way our mind if affected. Why waste valuable time listening to slanted, biased media demean other human beings, the country in which we live, and show us the lowest forms of humanity? It does not build you up, but causes thoughts of fear, worry, anger and hate. As a result you live a live way below the standard you desire.
Don't blame others for the life you live. You alone are responsible for controlling your thoughts and thus your destiny. Don't envy people who seem to have it all. Most of them got that way only because they think differently than you do. If you are failing in your life it's because you chose to.
The world if full of "disadvantaged" people who excelled beyond their wildest dreams. They chose not to live in pity and accept what "life" doled out. Rather they took the gifts that God gave them and made a DECISION to set their mind on their dreams until they became a reality.
What will you do with your mind? Will you waste it on watching news, playing video games and other meaningless activities or will you take what God gave you and DECIDE to use it for the betterment of yourself and others?
Another suggestion is to read. Most people stop reading after they leave school. Even those who read, read novels, magazines, and newspapers that do not improve their lives one bit. Read good books that will improve the way you think. I love reading the BIBLE and other books like THINK AND GROW RICH, THE GO-GETTER, THE SLIEGHT EDGE, THE SCIENCE OF GETTING RICH, BEACH MONEY, and many, many more. These books feed your mind with creativity, hope, encouragement and so much more. Read about Thomas Edison, Napoleon Hill, Henry Ford, and others, who against all odds soared into the stratosphere taking humanity to new heights.
You can make a difference. You can live a life way beyond where you are now. You can better yourself and those around you just be learning to control your thoughts and thus your living. Be a light to those around you, a beacon of hope to those in despair and you will be rewarded accordingly.
Do you want to change your life? Do you want to be a success? It all starts with the way you think.

How Gratitude Can Be Your Partner in Life
By: Sonia Devine
Are you constantly struggling with life? If so, you might be focusing on all the wrong things. Practising daily gratitude will help you to turn your life around. Want what you have and what you want will come to you!
Gratitude is one of the most important things you can practise if you want to manifest unlimited wealth. One of the best ways to keep abundance and wealth flowing into your life is to give thanks for what you have today. By focusing on what you already have, you allow yourself to receive even more, so it is really vital to practise true gratitude.
We live in a world that focuses on instant gratification. If we don't have the money for something that we want to buy right now, then all we have to do is go to the bank and they are more than happy to loan us the money. As a result, many people are inundated in debt, and they become trapped in a never ending cycle of wanting, buying, and then spiralling deeper in debt.
When we get stuck in this cycle, we are constantly wanting things that we don't have, and in the process, we forget to appreciate what we DO have; Every day, we remind ourselves of what we are missing in our lives, and we can't begin to grasp the concept of gratitude. Instead, we say:
"When I have everything I want...THEN I'll be grateful!"
But that is not the way the Universe works....
Are you always comparing what you have with what others have, or wishing you could have what is advertised on TV? Or perhaps the people who live next door have a better car, a nicer house and more "things to play with" than you. Of course, it doesn't help when pictures of the "perfect family" with the "perfect life" are right on that TV screen in front of you every day. Do you feel deprived, frustrated or angry because you don't have what seems to be on offer to everybody else?
Whatever your situation is, focusing on what is lacking in your life is the single most effective way to ensure that you remain in a
state of scarcity.
You might ask this question: But How Can I Show Gratitude When I Don't Have What I Want Yet?. And that IS a good question; so here's a good answer: Make A Habit Of It.
Now, if you have become accustomed to only seeing scarcity all around you, then my guess is that gratitude will be the last thing on your mind. So the suggestion I am going to make may be difficult for you at first; I would even go as far as to say that you may feel a bit resentful about having to do it.
Some people don't want to take responsibility for the fact that they are not doing well financially. It's so much easier for us to blame other people and outside circumstances for our lack of wealth; because if it's all other people's fault,
then we don't have to do anything ourselves in order for "things to change".. right??
Well Okay, that's fine if you're happy for things to remain exactly as they are now. But if not, why not give this a go? You have everything to gain and nothing to lose! So make a commitment to change the way you see your life. Take stock of everything you have. You might be surprised and even amazed at all of the little things that you forgot are so special to you.
Begin by writing of all the positive things you have in your life. Who loves you? Who are your friends? What about your children. How do they light up your life? These are just a few things that we forget about that add so much value and joy to our lives.
Practising gratitude each day will remind you of the good things in your life. Now, I don't want to sound like a Pollyanna, but this is worth a try! If nothing else, it will help you feel better about your current life circumstances. Add something new to your gratitude list each day, and you'll be amazed at how many great things you will be able to think of once you develop this skill!
When you are grateful for everything you already have, you open yourself up to attract more great things. The Law Of Attraction always makes sure that this will happen. Thank the Universal Source for everything you currently have, and you will invite and allow even more prosperity to come to you. Make gratitude a part of your daily routine....and witness miracles in your life!

Mind Body Soul and Spirit Information
By: David Gau-Ghan
Regardless of personal viewpoint about spirituality, many have wondered what would have happened if Saddam Hussein hadn't been stopped when he first invaded Kuwait back in the early nineties?
Well, this story explores that scenario to its surprising conclusion and then reinvents the scene time and again in a sequence similar to 'Groundhog Day' but in a mind, body, spirit theme. The result is a story that has led many readers to question their concept of so-called reality!
I initially believed I was writing a fictional story about angel ET benefactors influencing our world. But when I completed the first book, The Blue Star Millennium, many readers were convinced that the depicted world events had actually happened, even though recorded history shows a different outcome. That's when the concept of an alternative reality suddenly gelled into the possibility that world events could change depending on the will of the masses.
As far as I was concerned, I was simply writing an inspirational mind, body, spirit story about angel extraterrestrial intervention, but I didn't know where the story was going until it unfolded before me ... and I have to admit, I was surprised at some of the content.
The story largely centered on the Gulf War and the changing of events under the influence of a benevolent, angelic race of Beings in the form of extraterrestrial benefactors. The central character in these books is an angel who integrates with human society under the watchful influence of his mentor, the White Star.
Many who have read these esoteric books have queried whether the White Star is real ... and if so, did he help change world events in keeping with the will of the masses - the ones currently inhabiting our world ... You and me? From that angle, did he also influence my writing in a more spiritual slant?
To be honest, I don't know!
If he did, I am grateful that he shared this metaphysical knowledge, but a little confused why he would choose me. I'm just an ordinary guy who grew up on the rougher side of town with few privileges, and new age spirituality was not part of my upbringing. I've had my share of knocks that life tends to deal out to all those who walk this earth. However, I've also had my share of unusual (for want of a better term) experiences ... but I'm getting off the track here.
If we take this concept of ET extraterrestrial angels to its logical conclusion, are we not all such Beings? After-all, we are simply visiting this planet for a short while to experience our individual lessons and then we depart - so how can we say that we are of this planet? We simply inhabit a body here temporarily so that we can function in this world.
So, whether these metaphysics philosophy books are influenced by extraterrestrial angels, or resulted from my own tapping into the higher consciousness that is the source of us all ... what is the difference? The result is equally fascinating and the concepts that these self improvement stories present will challenge your view of life as you know it.

How to Find Hope When Hopelessness Attacks
By: Melissa Quiter
Often, life can seem very overwhelming. When you are constantly being faced with one challenging situation after another, it can begin to feel exhausting to continue trying. What is the point of constantly fighting back when the only reward is, yet, another challenge to take care of? Hopelessness sets in and the world looks very bleak.
The feelings of hopelessness can be devastating. They can make you do things you wouldn't normally do and think things you wouldn't normally think. However, in those moments when the feelings attack you, normal no longer exists. There is only the fight to get through those intense feelings or the fatigue of just finally wanting to succumb to them.
I can so clearly appreciate these feelings. In fact, I know these feelings first hand. I am a survivor of hopelessness. And I choose the word survivor intentionally.
First, I believe that people who prevail in extreme situations are not victims. Victims don't make it. A victim of a murder is dead. A survivor is someone who says, "I am not done. I am still here and the power is mine to reclaim."
Second, I chose the word survivor because there were many times, when I really was just as happy, if not happier, with the thought of checking out of this world and calling it done. In my over-worked and over-achieving mind it seemed to make sense that, if I wasn't finding a purpose and had no happiness, what was the point in pushing through all this pain and struggle and fear?
The amazing thing is that I am still here. I discovered the answers that I so desperately needed, and now I want to share those answers with others who also know there is so much more than that what you may be experiencing.
Although I don't know you personally, I do know this. Up to this point, you have pushed through too. Regardless of the strength and will it has taken to do so, you have not given up. And, the even more amazing thing I know is that you are now taking an active role in creating a different future than you have experienced in the past. You are doing that by reading this article. The only way to create something different from what you have already experienced is to add new information, new tools and new resources to your life.
What I discovered that changed my life, and will change yours too, is that without tools, humans would stop growing and evolving. There is no world, as you and I know it, without the tools we use to live on a daily basis. If you think about it then, it makes perfect sense that being the creator of an amazing, joyous, productive and fulfilling life also requires the proper tools. You cannot do this alone. You aren't supposed to do it alone! And what is so exciting is that -- even though you have been struggling and pushing and scraping by without all the tools -- you are still here and still making it. Think of what is going to be possible when you do have the proper tools. You won't believe how much more fun this thing called life can be!
The tools that I teach are the tools that I discovered, modified and combined to deal with my own dire need to find the missing joy and purpose I knew was possible. I knew there had to be a better way than constant struggle.
Tools are what set humans free. Through the use of tools, you can write, cook, create music, build homes, drive, fly and achieve feats never before thought possible. Tools are what allow humans to be more than they could otherwise be. Even research into our animal kingdom shows the use of tools is prevalent for daily survival.
It only makes sense that in order to create a life that you most desire, you must have knowledge and access to the tools of creating and manifesting. Through extensive research and trial and error on my own journey, the following combination of tools is what I found to be the key to living and creating the life you desire.
First, the foundation of creating is based on understanding the general principles of how the world works. The Universal Laws provide this foundation from a spiritual and scientific combined perspective. There are seven universal laws with one overriding law that governs every experience you have. The overriding law is based on Quantum Physics, and is says that everything is made of energy. Everything. From the chair you sit in to the thought you have about the chair to the feelings you get when you sit in the chair. All physical and non-physical "things" are simply varying speeds of energy in varying forms creating the world in which you and I live. By understanding and applying each universal law, you open your mind up to the multiple options for what is actually possible.
For example, if you were to fly a plane, but you had no understanding of the laws of gravity and aerodynamics, flying the plane would, in theory, still be possible. You could get behind the controls and hit the gas. However, you would most likely not have a pleasant or safe flight. You certainly wouldn't experience the joy and ease of flying and the truly amazing experience you could have if you had the proper tools and knowledge to assist in that endeavor.
Closely related to the foundational tool of the Universal Laws is the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction applies the theory of all "things" being made of energy and explains how creating and manifesting is based on focusing and attracting. This law states that whatever you place your energy and focus on is what you attract back to you - wanted or unwanted. This means that by learning to focus on what you do want versus what you don't want, you have access to attracting every desire you articulate. For example, if you desire to have a safe trip home. You must focus your energy on the safe trip as opposed to focusing on not having an accident. When you focus on not having something, you are actually still putting your focus on that thing you don't want - in this example the accident.
The challenge with this tool is that is requires the use of three other imperative tools in order for it to work with 100% success. Many people have been frustrated with the Law of Attraction not working, thinking it is flawed. However, I found that it is not the law that is flawed, but the application of the law without the other tools. Just like a hammer is an amazing tool for building, but only if it is combined with a nail. Without the nail, the hammer is extremely limited in its full capacity. The same is true for the nail! Learning and knowing the Law of Attraction is imperative to being a master creator of your life.
One of the tools required to apply the Law of Attraction is the tool of self-awareness. This is a tool that is often under appreciated and taken for granted. Truly understanding where you are right now in your life, why you are there and, most importantly, how you got there is imperative to knowing where you want to go, why and how you plan to get there. The tool of truly understanding yourself is not always as easy as it appears. This is why there are multiple tools for getting a closer look at who you really are. These tools include the 4-eVer evolving! Life Assessment, the Gallup Poll's StrengthFinderTM and delving into your past to discover passions, patterns and themes. Without knowing where you are starting, you cannot know in which direction you need to go to get to your destination. You also may not truly understand your destination. When you know where you are starting, what is pulling you forward and exactly where you want to go, the plan for that journey naturally unfolds before you. You cannot create and manifest without an articulated plan.
One of the most important tools needed to create your plan is the Nine Environments of Holistic Living. Your life does not only consist of one area in which you create your experiences from. There are multiple areas of importance that, at varying times, get more or less focus. By using the Nine Environments of Holistic Living, you can break down your life into manageable segments. When you start articulating your goals and desires in each of the separate areas, you quickly find where there may be conflicting intentions occurring. And this is where so much of the hopelessness and frustration is caused.
Conflicting intentions are two desires that, if realized, actually cancel each other out. If you have conflicting intentions that you are not aware of, you often end up not creating either one, or you get a very watered-down version of one or the other. The worst thing that can happen is that you get the opposite of what you intended for both desires creating havoc and chaos in your life.
The best tool I have found to work with the Nine Environments of Holistic Living is Neuro-Linguistic Programming - otherwise known as NLP. NLP is an advanced form of communication that not only improves communication between people, but also opens up communication with all the parts of your subconscious mind. NLP is a tool that allows you to go beyond your conscious into your subconscious mind, where your behaviors and beliefs are formed. It takes you to the source. And, it is only at the source that anything can be affected and changed for long-term growth and evolution. NLP provides multiple exercises and techniques that allow you to determine exactly what is happening within all the various parts of you. Without an understanding of the largest segment of your mind, reported to make up 88%, you cannot possible focus on the destination you most want to manifest. Without proper focus, you attract more of what you don't want, and forgo creating and manifesting what you do want.
The last tool I created to pull everything together. The Process of Deliberate Creation is a daily tool that uses the information uncovered and discovered in creating your plan to assist in applying the proper focus needed on a daily basis. If you are not creating deliberately, it is too easy to fall into default creating. Default creating is not knowing what you desire in each area of your life. It is not knowing what conflicting intentions may be sabotaging your progress and success and producing hopelessness and sadness. Default creating is not using the Universal Laws to assist in reframing what you see and ultimately what you experience.
Deliberate creation is about combining all of these tools and giving yourself the gift of hope; giving yourself the gift of living the life you came here to live. Deliberate creation is about being a survivor without the struggle, sadness and hopelessness. It is about immediately knowing how to shift every situation and challenge to propel you forward. It is about shifting your mindset to see the possibilities instead of the blocks. It is about having the proper tools to create and manifest for building the life of your dreams, painting the masterpiece of your imagination and making music that fills your soul.
Creating and manifesting is about becoming aware of the tools, which you have done in this article, and learning how to use those tools to begin living your life as a survivor of hopelessness.
I did it and I know, with the combination of these tools, you can too!

The Secret To Success That Almost No One Else Will Tell You
It is the true nature of man to strive for success. More precisely, to strive to succeed, for it is not the accomplishment that is fulfilling it is the process. It's the journey not the destination! And no matter what we do, the process (to be satisfying) must be for ourselves. Even the most unselfish act is done not because it helps the other person but because of how it makes us feel to help the other person.
We are success driven creatures, why do you think so many people hate their jobs? There is nothing to accomplish no sense of reaching a new goal. However, I must say I believe this is often our own faults. We get lazy, we'd rather just have someone tell us what to do and get paid than to have to really try to accomplish anything. But then we slowly begin to hate our boss, our lives, and ourselves. And all along, the one getting rich and accomplishing all their goals is the guy who owns the company we work for. And he got us to help him do it. Because of our laziness we've allowed ourselves to be used, our resources tapped for someone else's gain!
Now you are probably asking yourself "what does all this rambling have to do with making money?" EVERYTHING!!! You must understand this one key before you will ever get anywhere, OZ NEVER DID GIVE NOTHING TO THE TIN MAN, THAT HE DIDN'T ALREADY HAVE!!! Confused? It's simple, you have everything you need to have the life you want inside you right now, you must only believe it and begin your journey.
Most of us live our lives in a daze, wandering from place to place too consumed by our day to day rituals to notice our lives are passing us by. John Lennon wrote "LIFE IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU'RE BUSY MAKING OTHER PLANS."
I don't believe any truer words have ever been spoken.
My point to all this is that you must take responsibility for your own life, your journey to success and your journey to financial gain. Use the "model" of other successful people and build your plan for success. Ask, "what can I give?" "What need can I fulfill for others that they don't like to do themselves?" "How can I help others?" Give with no expectations of return. Contribute to the "cycle of life", the give and take and give back again motion of our lives.
Take a few minutes each day for quiet time, be still and look inside, to find your place outside. Don't just exist, live a life! Your life!
Wake each day and decide consciously to give more today than you expect to receive. There is so much more than many of us ever see.

Do You Realize The Power Of Your Words
Since ancient times it has been known that your word is a cause set in motion. In fact, the universe itself is claimed to have emanated from a single primordial sound. In the science of yoga, it is believed that certain Sanskrit words, known as mantras, can bring about magical results, thus you can secure abundance with a certain mantra, peace with another, and so on.
On a more practical level, your word still remains highly potent.
With your words, you can wound someone, sending them into spirals of defeat, and with your words you can heal someone, raising them up from a dismal place to soaring hope and motivation. In fact, the entire field of self-improvement is the transmission of words that will assist others to get a firm perspective and move forward with their lives, fulfilling their dreams and desires.
On a personal level, too, your words affect you. What you say to yourself about anyone or anything affects you, too. If you speak well of someone or something, you bring more of that harmony into your life. And if you speak ill of someone or something, you bring more of that frustration and anger and conflict into your life.
Psychological literature often speaks of numerous cases where a parent's words, spoken casually, can affect the destiny of a child. And the most potent words that a parent can use to affect a child are those spoken at the time of dying...since these are the last words, and the moment is so highly-charged and the awareness so acute, these words become an imperative that the child now feels obligated to never disown.
Words are further charged with the emotion behind them. The stronger the emotion, the more highly charged the words. Many a love affair has fallen by the wayside because of emotionally charged words, which are later regretted.
Despite all this, people use words with the utmost casualness. People wreck their own lives and that of others through the careless use of words. They also accept the words of others as a given truth, when, in fact, all comments by others are merely opinion.
Words are causes set in motion, they are reality-creators.
The most marvelous aspect of words is how they can bend time. The brilliantly crafted words of Shakespeare or the eloquence of Martin Luther King still shape our lives. Words are so sacred that whole buildings are used to archive them and make them available for consumption.
A person can rise from poverty to wealth, from sickness to health, and from loneliness to loving companionship simply through exposing themselves to the most beneficial stream of words.
Words not only steal hearts, but shape reality as well. The earth can be a better place because of your choice of words. You can fill lives with the miracles of your words. You can be an agent for positive change and bring out the best in yourself and others simply by how you use words. Words are psychic shape-shifters...use them wisely.

Don't Focus on Failure
Internal defeat is a mindset, where you begin to believe that most new ideas will fail. You might think -"After all, what I tried in last week's Yoga class, failed."
You will always learn from mistakes. When you see them clearly as a test, examine the results, and study them closely for the reason why they went wrong.
Whether it is a lesson plan, trying mantras, Hot Yoga, Gentle Yoga, a pro shop, or trying anything new, it is better to make mistakes than do nothing at all.
Some of the most successful Yoga teachers, I know, deal with mistakes as part of the learning curve. They turn all of their defeats into learning experiences. This is extremely powerful when you consider the cost of learning anything of value.
After all, what did you spend on your education, so far? Did you think you would stop learning at a certain point in life? Did you learn from your past mistakes? Of course you did, and now you are stronger due to the corrective adjustments, you have made.
When a child learns to ride a bicycle, there are plenty of falls along the way, and then the falling stops. However, even skilled adults fall off bicycles, sometimes.
So, don't take past failures personally. Put them behind you and learn from each one.
Henry Ford and the Wright Brothers had failures, but nobody seems to remember that. Just like them, you are not a failure, but you may have failed in the past, just like they did. When you get down on yourself, look back at what you have accomplished.
When you take on your next project, do the research first, assemble a team, make a full commitment to succeed, and never mentally quit before you start.
Lastly, whenever it is possible, learn from the mistakes of others. This is why Yoga businesses approach me for consulting services: To save money by avoiding known mistakes, pitfalls, and traps.

What Makes You Special?
Many people are too busy today trying to fit themselves into the image of other people. This ranges from physical appearance to dressing mannerism right to extreme character imitations.
And although I can understand the underlying feelings of insecurity which trigger such actions, still it goes without saying that this 'unhealthy' habit can be detrimental to your one big asset: recognizing and developing your uniqueness.
Some people are either afraid to show who they really are, because they believe that other people are better than them. Or as a result of lack of inner consciousness, they are just not aware of their own special gifts.
First of all, there is nothing wrong with being who you are. In fact, the more you are willing to be yourself, the better is your chance of being authentic and special. Then no amount of any artistical imitation will ever make a strong indelible impact on other people or makes you feel better about yourself. It is better to be a first class 'you' than a third rate imitation of some celebrity. At least this way, you will be upholding the true spirit of individualism and helping along the course of evolution.
Secondly, regardless of how or what you may at present think of yourself, you are still special and that is what other people want to see and experience in you. Psycho-logically, people are more attracted to someone who is genuine. So don't try to be what you are not.
If you are still in doubt about what is special about you, start by asking yourself these 3 questions:
1.How do people react to me when I am with them?
2. When in a crowd, am l more interested in voicing my opinion or do I listen intently to others?
3. When decisions are made, do I accept to go along with the majority, or is upholding my values more important to me?
Each of these questions can prompt you to look deeper into yourself and recognise what you may be missing: your special abilities.
Your strength lies in your inherent abilities. For these are the gifts of the spirit, the real you.
Learn to know what your assets are and what makes you stand out from the crowd.
The best way to do this is to focus on what you know gives you passion, joy and deep satisfaction. I once had to give a friend some new perspectives about herself. She complained constantly about how people around her were getting along while she felt left behind. One day as I istened again to her lamentations, it suddenly dawned on me that she had been focusing on other peoples' lives instead of on her own.
I pointed this out to her and encouraged her to look into herself and her life. She was to find out what she could genuinely admire about herself and recognise as her inherent strength.
Well, it didn't take her long to turn the table. She decided that her life hadn't been such "a disaster" after all. In fact she came up with what made her to be such a great friend to have around. Her exceptional ability to remain calm and compose in the face of difficult situation.
Once you know what it is that makes you special, keep grooming it until it shines out in all its glory. Thus the saying "who you are speaks so loudly I can't hear what you're saying" becomes your true shield and emblem.
